The SMART Upgrade Programme is available for educational establishments (schools, colleges, universities), from 1st December 2011 until 31st March 2012, subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. The Upgrade Programme is applicable for the purchase of selected new SMART interactive whiteboards, in replacement of selected existing SMART or competitive products as shown below:-

2. All replacement SMART Boards must be purchased through an authorised Steljes and SMART reseller

3. Any discount applicable will need to be requested by the customer directly from their authorised SMART reseller.

4. Any reseller purchasing through the SMART Upgrade programme must apply through Steljes Limited, using an application form provided by their Reseller
partner, on www.mysmartspaces.co.uk.

5. Steljes Limited reserves the right to approve or reject any submitted application.

6. The programme is applicable for educational establishments in mainland UK only.

7. In order to qualify, all swap out products must be collected and disposed of by Steljes Limited.

8. All products must be clearly serialised at time of collection, otherwise the rebate will not apply to that product.

9. All products must be ready for collection, ie. they must be de-installed, as well as appropriately and securely packaged.

10. Equal quantities of replacement SMART Boards can be issued at the discounted price against the quantity of existing SMART Boards. If the customer has more products for collection than new products purchased, then within reason, these products will also be collected ready for disposal, however no additional rebate will be applicable.

11. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or special or supported pricing.

12. It is the responsibility of the reseller partner to pass any discount provided to the educational customer.

13. Steljes Limited reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion and/or review and revise these Promotion Terms and Conditions at any time without giving prior notice. By continuing to take part in the Promotion subsequent to any revision of these Special Promotion Terms and Conditions, a customer shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.

14. Neither Steljes Limited, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents are liable for any loss, injury or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Promotion to the extent permitted by law.

15. Steljes Limited shall not be responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, server, website, or other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents a customer or otherwise obstructs such partner from participating in the Promotion.

16. If any provision of these Promotion Terms and Conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

17. These Promotion Terms and Conditions and the Promotion are governed by English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

18. This Promotion applies to all orders purchased through authorised trade reseller partners established in the UK who hold a trading account with the Promoter (Steljes Ltd).

19. This Promotion is only open to UK end-customers, and not open to employees of the Promoter, or any of its subsidiary companies, their families and anyone else who is professionally associated with the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of end customers. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an order placed by a customer and discount may be withheld until and unless the Promoter is satisfied with the outcome of the verification.

20. The promoter of the Promotion is Steljes Group Limited whose registered office is situated at Bagshot Manor, Green Lane, Bagshot, Surrey, GU19 5NL EO&E.
