SchoolCare Annual Hardware Support Contracts

Q. What is an annual hardware support contract?
A. If your existing ICT hardware is no longer covered under warranty, we will calculate a single, one-off fee payable to SchoolCare and, in return, we will carry out all repairs on the hardware you wish to cover for the following year. The contract covers the cost of both parts and labour and there are no hidden costs. See Appendix III for details of pricing.

Q. What is an annual technical support contract?
A. An annual technical support contract is a pre-defined number of days per year of our engineers’ time at your disposal in return for a fee paid in advance. The total cost will represent a large saving on our daily engineer charge.
