When you buy a SchoolCare ICT system you become a SchoolCare Support member and you’ll receive a unique membership number. As such, you’ll enjoy a unique range of services unmatched by other educational ICT suppliers.

• COMMISSIONING OF HARDWARE - We'll set up all equipment you purchase from us wherever you want it and ensure it functions correctly. We will also connect the system to existing or supplied network cabling if applicable.*


• INSTALLATION OF YOUR SOFTWARE - Not only do we pre-install any software that we supply as a standard service, but we will also be pleased to install your own software saving you more time.*


• FREE HELPLINE - The highly experienced and qualified support engineers on our Support Helpline are ready to provide assistance and advice whenever you may need it, at no extra cost or annual fee.


• SPECIALIST NETWORK SUPPORT - We provide a dedicated network support team to assist you with any network-related issues.


• ON-SITE WARRANTY - All SchoolCare systems are supplied with 12 months on-site, parts and labour warranty as standard, with no hidden charge in the small print. The 2nd and 3rd year are covered by a parts only – return to base warranty. We also offer cost-effective options to extend this cover with a range of support contracts.
  


• FILE SERVER WARRANTY - We understand how important it is to have your File Server working properly at all times, so we work to a next day response time in addition to our standard guarantee.


• NETWORK CONSULTANCY - Highly qualified staff will provide you with on-site consultations and site surveys totally free of charge.
  


• TRAINING - All school installations include both technical training to ensure that your administrators get the most out of your systems. This will be carried out on-site.
  


• PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Life’s made easy with a complete project management service incorporating computer hardware, software, network cabling, electrical installations, computer furniture, training, and managed services. We will nominate a Project Co-ordinator for your installation to ensure it is smooth and you have a single point of contact for information and updates.


• SUPPORT CONTRACTS - We offer a range of SchoolCare support contracts to offer you peace of mind and support after your warranty period has expired.
