Ocean Learning Trust have employed SchoolCare to provide and maintain our ICT network since 2016 following a formal tender. We have been grateful for the excellent advice and support they give and for their willingness to collaborate on bespoke ventures such as a Trust intranet and in extending the network to incorporate new schools. Not only has our internet speed increased, it has been reliable and we have not suffered any downtime, which is massively important to us as we rely heavily on the internet for our communication aids. The move was so easy to transfer and we were hand held all the way. We also took the leap and moved our email exchange server to be hosted by SchoolCare. This has had a huge impact on the workload and the administration console is easy to use. I would highly recommend any school thinking about their provision not to hesitate moving to SchoolCare.

The install was done cleanly and neatly and the school is really pleased with the results. SchoolCare were tasked with replacing the old hall projector and screen. This was carried out extremely efficiently by the team, and I was particularly impressed with the fact that they queried some of the information they had been given to make sure that the install was exactly what the school required.
