Nesting Box Counter

Nesting Box Counter

An ideal accessory for your bird box camera system these digital counters have been developed to give an accurate measurement of the number of visits made to a nest.

Nest box Counters help you to learn much more about your wildlife than you ever could with just a nest box camera. You can monitor the breeding patterns of birds, learn more about their behaviour, and measure how frequently they are finding food to bring back to the nest for their chicks, without any wiring or any intrusion into the box.

Duck Box Camera System

Duck Box Camera Systems

A very attractive traditional style of box, the “Waterside” is suitable for most of the medium to large sized ducks.

A Square box with a rectangular entrance which allows access for the bird down into the nesting area. The lid is hinged at the back with two hinges and is framed round the edges like all Nest box Company duck boxes. The box is designed to be pole fitted and this is done with an ingenious design which allows the box to be slid on to the top of the pole and firmly fixed in place with one screw accessible through the top of the box. When the box requires removal for cleaning, etc there is no need to remove the stake as well. The screw is removed and the box slides off the top of the pole. It can then be replaced without disturbing the pole.

Included with this box is a ladder giving access for the bird from water/ground to entrance of the box, the ladder being attached to the front of the box with hooks and eyes, thus allowing the ladder to find its own level on ground or water.

Designed to attract : Mallards, Wood Ducks, Mandarins, etc.
